Fall is in the air and with it comes new colors, costumes and cocktails. Here’s a fun fall cocktail you can serve at a Goofy Goblin Game Night with friends:
Harvest Moon cocktail
Makes 2 drinks
Combine 1/4 cup Apricot Brandy with 1/2/ cu each of sweet and sour prepared mix and seltzer water, and 4 tesp. of pomegranate juice. Dampen the rims of 2 martini glasses with a lemon wedge and dip them into colored cocktail sugar. (Green looks great, as the liquid has a orange color) Place the first 3 ingredients in an ice filled cocktail shaker, mix vigorously, and pour into the prepared glasses. Pour 2 tesp. of pomegranate juice into each glass; do not stir.
