If you’re having a wedding that is au naturel in theme – perhaps your colors are sandy beige & green or sandy beige and dark brown or…, then perhaps you would like a signature cocktail that lends to that air of simple sophistication? Here’s my idea, a combo of the White Russian and a Russian Qualude – mmmm good, in a pretty martini glass.
A White Russian consists of:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
light cream
A Russian Qualude consists of:
vodka
Kahlua
Franjelico (some people us Amaretto, but Franjelico is best)
Cream
We say, add Bailey’s to the mix as well. It’s pretty and it’s super yummy. We make these drinks in large batches for many of our house parties. Most people love them, even the ones who aren’t ‘big drinkers’.
