NAPKIN PLACE SETTING 

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED (for each napkin setting) 

  • Bandanna
  • Bolo Buckle
  • 24″ ea. Raffia
  • 24″ ea. Leather Cording
  • Iron

INSTRUCTIONS 

*See photo of napkin steps. 

  1. Spray the bandanna with heavy starch and iron.
  2. Fold,  ironing each time you fold, the bandanna into a square.
  3. Fold up one tip to the other, to create a triangle.
  4. Tie raffia or leather strapping around napkin, and knot, at the triangle tip. Thread the ends through the Bolo buckle and knot.  Put a knot at the end of each cord.
  5. Place napkins on center of plates and hang raffia or leather cord down off the plate and over the edge table.

Optional-  String beads (in your color scheme) on the ends of the cords and knot. 

CENTER PIECE 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED-for each vase 

VASE 

  • Cylinder vase or cowboy boot
  • Aspen Wood Excelsior- 1/2 to 1 bag for each vase or boot
  • Bandanna
  • 2 different stalks of greenery & grasses

AROUND EACH VASE ON TABLES 

  • 17″ X 17″ Square of  brown material or 1 corduroy jean leg
  • 4 tea lights
  • 4 glass tea light holders (ours are from Ikea)
  • Horse shoe
  • Silver Tray
  • Succulent Candle or just a succulent
  • Iron

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VASE 

  1. Fill bottom half of vase with excelsior and stick greenery into it, pulling excelsior up and around it. If using a boot, put excelsior at top with it coming out over the edge just a bit, follow with the greenery.
  2. Tie bandanna around outside of vase and knot at back. Tie bandanna to base of boot or through boot strap at top, if your boot has one.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AROUND VASE 

  1. Cut material into a 17″ x17″ square. Turn edges under 1/2″ and iron. (You can also sew under) If using a jeans leg, cut one seam open, lay flat. Cut to 17″ x17″. Turn under edges 1/2″ and iron.

SETTING UP THE CENTER PIECE 

  1. Place brown material square in center of table. Place vase in center of material square, lean the horse shoe against vase or boot, at back by bandanna knot.
  2. Place the succulent in the center of the tray, with the tea lights on either  side. Place at base of vase.  Place 2 tea lights on other side of vase.
