This cocktail would be great for the ultra modern party with a whimsical twist. Of course, you’d have to change the name, Tomtini just doesn’t work for your own signature cocktail unless your name is actually Tom.
SAPPHIRE TOMTINI
35ml BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® Gin
50ml freshly pressed apple juice
10ml green tea
10ml ginger syrup

Shake and strain. Garnish with a mint leaf.
