Ooh La La DIY Table Number Design and Escort Cards
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Material, 16″ x 10″ (will make 1 table # & 1 escort card)
Textured paper
Card board, 3 1/4″ x 8 1/2″ and 3 1/4″ x 4″ (1 sheet will make 2 of each)
Ribbon, 1/4″ wide x 12″ long
Pearls, 2
Scrapbook tape roller or Double sided tape
Glue
Scissors
HERE’S WHERE TO GET IT
Your local craft and scrapbook store should have everything you need.
HERE’S HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Print out your table numbers and escort cards on your white paper. Leave enough room around each one to cut to right size
2. Cut all material and paper at one time to save time. Material for table # 10 1/2″ x 5″, for escort card, 5″x 6″. For paper on table # 6 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ and escort card, 2″ x 3″. Paper for back of table #, 3″ x 8″ and escort card, 3 1/2″ x 2 3/4″.
3. Tape down material to one side of card board, folding edges to other side. Use double sided or roller tape to hold in place.
4. Cut and wrap ribbon around material to back side, 1″ from end of card and secure using the tape on back side.
5. Tape down backing paper of back side of each piece, covering the raw edges of the material.
6. Place tape on the back of the paper to go on front of cards. Center on escort card and center and slip under ribbon on table card.
7. Tie ribbon in a small bow and glue to front left side of paper on escort card.
8. Glue pearls, centering, on outside of ribbon, on table card.
