BLOOD RED CHEESE CAKE
Start with one pound of lemon quark (a German style cream cheese), four ounces of local honey, and four ounces of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice; mix in a large bowl until smooth and then add two fresh eggs and mix again. Line a nine inch pan with your favorite crust and pour in the mixture; bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until almost set in the middle. Allow to cool and refrigerate for three hours. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
