- Block of cream cheese
- Bronco Bob’s Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce (you can find this at Cost Plus World Market, online, or local grocery store)
- Crackers
- Raspberries, mint leaves (optional)
What to do:
It doesn’t get any easier than this…put the block of cream cheese on a pretty plate, pour the raspberry chipotle sauce over the cream cheese, place the crackers neatly around the cream cheese. Finally, place a pretty cheese knive on the plate. To make it even prettier, place a few raspberries and mint leaves on top of the cream cheese.
