I’m gonna be honest with you. Not that I’m not normally honest with you – it’s really just an expression, but in this case, I didn’t want to steer you wrong and make you think that I’m some big canning genius or something. You see, in fact, I’ve never canned anything in my life. And, lest you think that I’m more the domestic goddess than I already am (think more goddess and less domestic here – hee hee), or that I’m one of those quaint prarie type of people (wanting and soon to be a chicken owner notwithstanding) who cans things, all sorts of things, I am not said prarie, farm girl. I do love mason jars, and ball jars and every time I see canning labels I stare longingly at them thinking I could can something just so I could use those cute labels. And, how cute would my fridge look when I opened the door and found all those cute canned items with their cute canning labels? I could feel like I actually lived on a quaint farm – with my chickens, and my canned goods. But, nope, I have never canned anything. Unless you count using my mason jars as a cookie jar – oh yeah, I’ve done that. And, you bet your bum I made cute labels for it too.
Well, for all you prarie types or uber domestic goddess types – I salute you! I salute you and I give to you these cute Just Can It Canning Tags. You know, they don’t actually say “Just Can It” on them. Great, now I need to make some more tags (wait for those a little later I suppose). In the meantime, here are some blank, but cute nonetheless, canning labels for all you canners out there. CAN (I just had to say it one more time).
