As discussed in my post “{Feast} Local Veges and Fruits Equal New Experiences“, we are part of a meat CSA. We are trying all sorts of new things, but we are also sticking with the tried and true as well. Today’s recipe is for a 6 hour Tri Tip Marinade that was quite yummy! Amazingly, we had some leftovers (it was difficult, but we really wanted to save some for lunch the next day) and it was even better the next day.
