Doesn’t the title just make you drool a little? Anything with peanut sauce makes me drool a little.
So, this post is continuing on our CSA journey. In this case, our meat CSA. My husband loves pork. Me, eh, not so much. I can take it or leave it. So, he knew he had to come up with a really great recipe to get me on board. Enter peanut sauce. And, to put a little proverbial cherry on top, he also made Cilantro Coconut Rice to go with it.
