I think I have a little series going on here. I shared this week’s dinner menu & breakfast menu, so I figured why not share my lunch menu for this week too. Anything that can help with your own meals, I’m happy to share. As usual, the majority of my food comes from Fresh & Easy, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make it yourself and take it to work (or eat at home) – whatever floats your boat.
