Meat and Cheese Board, er em, the Charcuterie Board – the fancy, lazy, romantic way to eat dinner.

Celebrated Valentine’s day tonight with a fire and meat and cheese platter. #radiantfire #vinesse

No one needs a recipe for this – just a great cheese shop and decent weather.

We went to our local cheese shop, Vinesse (LOVE) and got all the fixin’s for our board. The cheese shop is inside BottleCraft shop, so yep, we bought some wine at the same time. Honestly, this meal could not have been easier. There wasn’t a lot of room out on our little t.v. tray on the patio, so you don’t see the fruit or the crackers.

We also bought a Radiant Fire container from our local fireplace store because we didn’t want to deal with making a big ol’ fire with firewood tonight – ease was the name of the game tonight. The Radiant Fire doesn’t have to go in a firepit, we just happened to have one, so we plopped our Radiant in it. Easy, very warm little fire – just carefully put the lid on it when you’re done and the fire will go out. Wait until it cools off to touch it, then use it again until it burns all the way down.

Happy Valentine’s Day to all and to all a good night:)
