We bring our own chairs and the rum helps us to talk real loud – haha. Pineapple rum daquiri just in time for Spring. Yum
Pineapple Rum Daquiri
The idea is to use our leftover alcohol from the Halloween parties. For this recipe, I used a mix of Bacardi Pineapple Rum and regular Bacardi white rum.
- Add canned or frozen pineapple chunks (frozen is better for the slushiness but use what you have) to a blender with rum (I mixed my 2 rums first based on the number of people drinking, then added that to the blender), simple syrup or just fine sugar, ice and lemon (or lime) juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Poor into glasses and garnish with chunks of pineapple and Luxardo Cherries.
