Who loves meat and cheese boards? I love making them!! I made this one as a “leave it at the party” board where we were all asked to bring something to share. @smartandfinal is always great for having reusable platters that are easy to leave at the host’s house. I like my charcuterie and cheese boards to have a bit of everything so I always have to dial it back a bit to fit it all – haha. But, I always stick with good meat, fancy (port salut, manchego – yum) and not fancy cheese (can’t lose with a sharp cheddar), fruit (I like dried apricots and juicy, seedless red grapes), crackers or french bread, and some nuts. Sometimes I like to make it more mediterranean style and add my favorite castelvetrano olives that taste like butter, some tasty Mediterranean Hummus from @traderjoes and pita bread cut into triangles.

**Be a good guest and remember to bring your own serving utensils so the host doesn’t have to stop mingling to hunt for a spoon or knife for you** 🙂

What are some of your favorite items on a charcuterie & cheese board? Or, do you do a Vege or Vegan style board that’s more fancy than a vege platter you can buy at the market? I may need to go outside my comfort zone and try that next time.
